Pedestrian, 41, Dies After Running In Front Of Teen Driver In Northern Virginia: Police

A 41-year-old woman died after running in front of a vehicle driven by a 19-year-old woman in Rockingham County, police said.

The Volkswagen couldn't avoid striking Tyler, who was wearing non-reflective dark clothing and was not in a crosswalk. The Volkswagen immediately stopped at the scene.

Tyler died at the scene and the Jetta driver was not injured.
